Denso parts

Hey, Scotty! I have a quick question about a Denso starter and AC compressor that I have in my 2014 GLK 250 bluetec. The car currently has 110K miles on it and I have no issues with either my starter or the ac compressor. I want to know your general opinion on Denso parts that were made in Japan. Will they most likely last another 100K miles. I know for a fact a few Lexus models have the same Denso parts in them, so I would assume they should last for a few hundred thousand miles or so. Thanks!

My alternator went 13 years before it was replaced by a refurbished Denso alternator. That was 10 years ago and it’s still going strong. 25% of Denso is owned by Toyota.

thx

FWIW, my Denso starter on a 1999 Honda Accord went 200K+ before needing to be replaced.  I replaced with another Denso.  That was 10+ years ago.  Denso would be my first choice.

thx

If the car came with Denso, then that's what I'd replace it with when the time comes.

thx
