When started it revs up normally but when put into drive it doesn’t go over 25 mph and shakes sometimes could it be a clogged exhaust

Could be. Check the air flow coming out of your exhaust. If barely any is coming out it could be your catalytic converter could be clogged which on a car with that many miles wouldn't be a big surprise. If that's not it check the basics, Oil level, spark plugs, battery voltage, and air filter if you can't find anything find a good mechanic with a high level scan tool and have them scan it and they can advise from there.
