I have a 2011 honda civic xl. while driving through the parking lot I ran over a speed bump slowly but a few minutes later I reversed and this part of my car was hanging. A few months ago the fender fell off of the car and became cracked as well I live in Pennsylvania and would like to know what part of the car is hanging and how much am I looking to pay to have it repaired. looks like you need to replace some of the plastic skirting. If I had to guess I'd say $500 for new. Less from a salvage yard. But you should really be asking a body shop.
