I recently purchased a 2009 Honda Civic LX with 87k miles driving home from work the car slowed down and wouldn’t go over 40 mph scanned it and got a P0606 code “error with PCM” dealer uploaded new software and said car was driving fine. 2 days later it happened again while driving home this time they replaced the PCM, lucky we bought warranty. 2 days later happened again this time it slowed to 40 then to 20 then turned car off. And it started back up. Got it to safe place to park. Waited a few hours and now it wouldn’t start. CEL light is flashing now, it was solid before and engine just clicks no start? Any suggestions??

Just goes to show the dealers don't know what they're doing either if you have any type of wiring or sensor short in the system that will rack the PCM. Then if you replace the PCM without fixing the short in the wiring or the sensors guess what it will break again. But they have to warranty they work so take it back and say you didn't fix it right fix it right and I'm not paying anymore
