2009 Honda CRV valve adjustment

Hey Scotty. Love your channel. I have a 2009 Honda CVR that I bought new with about 94000 miles on it. I saw somewhere online that the valve lash should be adjusted around 100,000 miles. Should the valves be adjusted and I was also wondering about when the spark plugs should be changed? It still runs well. The only thing I have done to that car in 12 years is replaced a few batteries and a few sets of tires. It has been pretty much trouble-free the whole time. I had the coolant flushed a couple of years ago. The transmission hasn't ever been touched. Oil changed every 5-6k miles with synthetic oil. Any maintenance you recommend?

The valves should be adjusted. You can get another 20k-40k miles on the spark plugs if you want to. Also, check the ATF and do the drain and fill if the fluid looks fine. No Flush for the ATF.
