Rattle sound on cold starts goes away after warm up. Is this something to be concerned about? Lexus vvt.

I don't know your mileage, but this seems to be a pretty common thing as motors age. As long as it goes away it's not the end of the world. Just make sure to keep up on oil + filter changes with correct oil, and check the level whenever you fill up on fuel.
