I have a chance of buying a 2009 Honda Accord EX 2.4 with 54k miles, or a 2010 Honda Accord EXL 2.4 with 66k miles. First Car for my kid. which would be the better buy, or should I stay away from these years? Both are priced well, both are one owner vehicles.

The eighth generation accord 4 cylinders seemed fairly resilient TMK. 6 cylinders have potential problems because of VCM.
Choose the one in better condition, or if they are about the same, I’d get the newer one.

Both are good, I'd go with a 2010 - make sure to get a pre-purchase inspection!
