Good day all. Looking to buy a 2009 Toyota RAV4 4 cylinder with102k miles. Just wanted someone who has 1 to give me input overall. Also it has a code b2799-engine immobilizer system. Anyone familiar with this code??

Never buy any vehicle that has codes. Immobilizer problems mean you'll be buying a large and expensive paperweight.
