I have a 2009 Subaru Forester 2.5 x premium, it has 186,000 miles, i have a automatic transmission, i have not changed the transmission fluid at all, is it worth it to change the transmission fluid and if yes how often should I change it?
Is it a regular TC automatic or does it have a CVT?

Are you having any problems with it now? I would say change it and save the old fluid to be safe. Change every 40 to 50000 thousand miles. Also never flush it.
