Good Afternoon Scotty

I have a 2009 Toyota corolla Le 1.8 liter automatic 200000 mile. I have the master window switch that only the drivers side stops working. This is a replacement actually like the 2nd one that has done this. I do believe it was from switch Dr ?  I know one at the Toyota place it like 500.00 put in. Since it was just the driver's side that stops could it be the motor or something behind the door that is causing it? I know last time it stopped then started again for a while then just stopped. If you think i should double check behind the door? How should i go about disabling the door air bags? Would unhooking the battery and draining all the circuits be enough to accomplish this?
