Hi, good afternoon
2009 Toyota Sienna 177,000 miles , transmission slipping on the traffic light after driving for a while. In the morning, when the engine is cold, the transmission shifts ok. I change 4 quarters by myself and 4 quarters from the dealer. I still have the same problem.

From what you say we can figure it's not low on fluid. If the trans had never had the fluid previously changed or it was otherwise abused in the past it's probably worn inside. You could give some Lucas transmission additive a try. That can sometimes help a worn trans for a while. Don't overfill, drain some fluid out first and make sure when done it's at the proper level.
