I have a 2010 Camry with 207k miles. It runs pretty good with a couple of issues. At what point do I stop fixing things on the car and let it go before it becomes a money pit? Or can I just keep fixing things here and there as long as it's running?

No way. Take care of that car. Ot can last another 200k miles with minimum repair unless you did not take care of it.

Depends on the severity of the repair and how often you are having to replace things. If you start having to fork over a lot of cash and the repairs keep coming it’s time to move on. Even if it’s a Toyota it’s still has a point where it’s going to be a money pit to keep it running.
