While just entering thd expressway and mph started to climb, I noticed my engine began to sputter and the check engine light started blinking at the same time on my base 2010 Toyota Camry. The sputtering and blinking check engine light eventually went away the longer I drove. Help!! What could be the problem?

Sound like a misfire in the engine. Could be due to a number of factors. Do you have any codes? Without it will be hard to further diagnose as to why at least with my experience.
