My odometer doesn’t work. How to I get it fixed because I don’t know the mileage off hand. Where do I bring it so they can scan it and read the mileage to make sure it’s accurate when they fix it?

Well a lot of times it's just a bad speed sensor on a transmission pray it's that and not a worn out dash unit which cost a fortune. That's for the actual mileage some vehicles store it and you can read it on a scan tool and some don't it's very dependent on makes models years.
My engine makes a popping noise on the left side when I shut it off. Anything I need to be concerned about?
It also does it once in a while while driving
