I recently came across a check engine light in my car and instantly plugged in a scanner to get a code. The code came back with a P0301 error. Misfire in my first cylinder. I changed out the Spark Plug and connection wire with new parts. I started up the car again and still ran into the misfire code P0301. Would you have any other suggestions on what I might check for and do?
My next steps will be to use a cleaner for the fuel injectors.

Check the headgasket with the kit. It is cheap and also gives you some relief.
