Hi Scotty what do you think about a 2010 Ford fusion hybrid with 103,000 miles for $7000. I've heard those have Aisin transmissions. Are they reliable?

I would pass on that. In general, buying a higher mileage used hybrid is not a good idea. If you really want to get a hybrid, stick with Toyota as they make the best hybrids and typically have the fewest issues with them up to 150,00-200,000 miles. See below:
