I have a 2010 Honda cross tour with 121000 miles that is in great shape it was my mom’s car and I am getting ready to give it to my niece after my mom passed away. The low beam headlights are very dim the high beams are ok. My parents had problems with the low beams the last few years but did not drive at night at much. They had the bulbs replaced twice and even had new headlights assembly’s installed and still the low beams are very dim but the high beams work great. I checked the each fuse for the low beams and both fuses are not broken. Do you have any ideas what could be causing this problem . Thank you
Check headlight connectors, grounds, and relays.

Got these from Walmart and they work great. Not sure if they are available anymore, but I would definitely look into going with a good LED replacement.
