I have a 2010 honda CRV with about 85k. Whenever I drive at a certain and holding at speed of 45mph, there's this rumbling sound coming from front passenger side. But the car is not sharking, not losing power or any weird transmission issues. A friend of mine thinks, I need a wheel alignment which I think is bizarre. Any idea what it could be with my CRV?

Can be a lot of things. Wheel bearing. Noisy tire. Blower motor.
Is it AWD? Those systems can hum and growl if the differential fluid isn't changed.
It's AWD and I have changed differential fluid.
Try rotating the tire to the back and see if the sound goes away.
At least you can rule out a noisy tire.
