Hello Scotty,just a simple question i seem to think you are not to crazy about Hyundai's in general but this one since day one has been great, going on 50,000 miles ,what is your opinion about this car i want to keep it for awhile longer ,it's my little pocket rocket with great gas mileage and has been very reliable,hope i don't curse myself now,Just would like your full opinion take care.

Back then they were mechanically better than they are now. 2010 did have a weak transmission so watch out for that. Our 2009 Kia Sportage is based on the Elantra and hasn't a problem in 12 years of ownership. Good luck!
Take care of the car by keep up with regular maintenance. Also, change the ATF in next 10k miles (around 60k miles).
