I have a 2010 Lexus IS250 and am going to drain and fill some transmission fluid for maintenance purposes. I was looking on the internet but cant find the job instructions for my specific car. Do you know what temperature range the fluid is supposed to be to do a correct fluid level check? thank you!

Just measure what comes out in an empty container and put back in the same exact amount. And then check level anyways when he car is warmed up. About 3.7 liters should come out. Use the correct tranny fluid for your specific tranny.
yea, this is a used car and I want to make sure the level is correct to begin with. There are different temperature ranges for different vehicles when checking the fluid level. I was trying to find that check range for this specific vehicle.
