I own a 2010 is350 lexus and I tuned it with mforce tune about 3 months ago , anyways I got a low fuel pressure to the fuel rail code and I changed my fuel filter and fuel pressure sensor and all 6 injectors and I don't know what else to do and I don't wanna take it to a dealership , should I replace the fuel pump or could it be the fuel pressure control valve

You don't mention mileage.
I would pressure test the fuel pump to make sure you have good psi. You've already tried some of the early steps, so time to dig just a little deeper.
I wouldn't replace it without testing it though as they are pricey.

Definitely test the fuel pump. It could be the culprit.
