Hi Scotty,
I am based in Dublin, Ireland and I am not sure if they sold the Skoda Yeti in the USA but had to ask anyway.
I bought this car second-hand after seeing the Top Gear review (See this YouTube video: Skoda Yeti | Road Test| Top Gear - YouTube) as Jeremy could not find any fault with the vehicle so he messed around with it.
I need to remove (and either clean or replace) the EGR Valve. It's basically the Volkswagen Tiguan.
It's a 2010 2.0L Diesel, but all the videos I can find means dismantling everything underneath just to access the valve. Any quick fixes - even some chemicals I could inject down the pipe from the EGR valve to the air intake. I can attach a long tube to any aerosol options? I have tried a "Holts" EGR cleaner - but it's more for cleaning when off the vehicle and in a basin.
Many thanks
There are zero Skodas in N. America unfortunately.
I would bite the bullet and dismantle.
