In the morning off of a cold start my car has to take a few quick turns to get cranked otherwise I'll burn out the starter if I hold the ignition down too long. In doing so I hear the starter grind. But once  it's  been crank  I have no other cranking issues throughout the rest of the day. I purchased a battery about one year ago soI doubt that's the issue and I purchased a new starter a month and a half ago because my starter went out but this issue has just started. Im in Miami so it doesn't get cold down here so what could be the problem?

A cold engine requires extra fuel to start up when compared to a warm engine. Have you pressure tested your fuel pump? It could also be your fuel injectors are dirty & not supplying the correct fuel spray quantity on startup.
