Hello Mr. Kilmer,
First of all, thank you for making all these educational and entertaining videos. It's one of my favorite channels.
We have a 2010 Toyota Highlander 3.5 V6 Awd with 91,000 miles. We have done all regular maintenance except change the transmission fluid. We are driving from Virginia to California this summer and would like to know if it's a good idea to change the transmission fluid or do a flush. Toyota says the filter does not need to be changed but they recommend a flush? What do you think?
Also I have noticed a small click in the steering wheel when I drive onto the driveway otherwise there's no play in the steering wheel and it drives straight on the road. What do you think is causing it?
Thank you in advance and I wish you the best.
Hewa
Change the fluid and filter every 30-50K miles. Do not flush.
