2000 Toyota Rav4 automatic stalling while trying to accelerate

I've been trying to diagnose my 2000 Toyota Rav4 for 2 years now. The reason it's such a long diagnosis is because when it's cooler outside the issue isn't as apparent. But I'm having a stalling issue when accelerating. I can let off the accelerator a little and it will stay running. Have you encountered any issues with these models. There's little information on the fuel system available and it's got a new pump, fuel filter, air filter, ive cleaned throttle body, iac valve, egr valve. I've checked voltage to pump while driving it stays at the battery voltage. I've had pressure gauge on pump and I've noticed when it starts to cut out it loses fuel pressure like it goes from about 50psi to 10 to a near 0. But it's like it's pulsing when it does it I can send you a video to show you what I mean if it helps. I'm stumped and it's my wifes vehicle and she loves it but it's about to be retired unless I can figure this out. Thanks for any help.

Get some new injectors. Check the following and replace if necessary - MAP sensor, MAF sensor, EGR valve, PCV valve.  Your fuel pump is not working correctly.  Check all electrical connections and ground, fuse for corrosion, etc.  It is 22 years old after all.

Greetings: I have a 2000 RAV4 and while the much more timely post has very good advice I switched to 91 octane gas and it made a huge difference along with cleaning the injectors. I am not able to fix my egr valve yet so I am getting a check engine light but no more near stalling out. My RAV does have 300,000 mile though.  Hope you car is still running.

Hope you car is still running.

After 14 months, it will be retired now..

Sad, the owner did not try a bypass to the fuelpump minus from the battery minus. A bad ground could have been the cause for intermittend malfunctioning of the pump.
