i am looking to buy a 2012 Ford Focus that stalls out around 45 minutes to an hour. He wants 2,500 for it I looked it up and it says it might need a new purge valve but wanted to ask what other people thought. Thanks

I've worked in 4 Ford focus that had this issue. 1 of them had a bad idle air control valve, 1 had a alternator that was bad ( voltage regulator) 2. had bad battery. Im not sure if evap is the problem or if it can cause that. I've also read a lot of people had this issue and it was either the battery, alternator or idle air control valve. From experience I would start there
