My 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe started to break down more than I would want it to so I traded it in and got a 2023 GMC Terrain. My concern is the automatic transmission fluid. GM´s manual says to change it every 45,000 miles. How often do you advise changing it? Thanks.

You should do what the manufacturer says. They spend millions in research to come up with those numbers. Also the people who designed it usually know best.
