Hi i have a 2011 Cadillac Escalade. The problem is that when on defrost it switches to vents. I tried recalibration.That didn't work.The head unit is unresponsive. I don't think it's the blend door actuators i think it might be the ac heat control.IDK,any input would be great. Thank you

The reason i don't think it is the actuators is because the pass side and driver side both switch at the same time.
