I have a 2011 Honda CR-V 80,000 miles. I have dim Headlights. Changed control units, ignitors, & bulbs no change. Wondering if it could be the grounds? Thanks for your help

it often is bad grounds you have to have power and ground go to the headlights find the ground lights then just run a wire from the battery negative terminal to those ground wires and if they start working you can rewire it
