2011 f150 will it hurt anything, if I take out the ignition fuse and crank the engine. It activates the tensioner and chain doesn’t chatter.

Please add more context... if you pull the ignition fuse and crank it you will probably be flooding the engine if the fuel pump is still going.

yes you would be flooding the engine unless you shut the fuel off too it would put too much fuel in the engine and that would cause damage over time by oil dilution with gasoline

I know on my 2013 and most modern Fords, that if you keep the accelerator pedal depressed while cranking, it will bar over the engine with the starter without actually starting it.
