Hi Everyone,
I live here in Ontario, Canada and am wondering if there are known problems on the 2011 Ford Escapes. I currently have a 2011 Mazda 3 2.0L sedan and dont want to spend more than $10k for a crossover SUV. The Escape is a V6 with 180,000 km on it and the seller says it works perfectly fine and are selling because its no longer needed for commuting for $6,500. Im assuming its been more highway driven as its being sold outside of the city. Is this a good deal and is there anything I should check for?

I would pass.
The transmission on those Fords is a weak point and can last to about 120k miles (~190k kms).
