2011 Ford flex slip

so I unplugged the battery on my 2011 Ford flex and hooked it back up now the transmission is slipping....and before that it never slipped one time....any ideas on what happened?

Probably a long shot but the shop manual at charm.li has a TSB that talks about transmission slipping:
