2011 Hyundai Genesis 3.8. Crazy engine noise/rattle upon cold start up. 135k miles. There is also an evap code which causes check engine light to stay on. Otherwise car is great condition. Thank you!

It is due to the lack of lubrication. Try adding some Lucas engine oil additive on your next oil change.

At that mileage, you are due for a new timing chain set.
