I'm interested in buying a 2011 gmc Savana 3lt conversion van by explorer with 163000. What problems should I be paying attention to. is it a good buy?

They are good vehicles. 163k miles is getting up there though, so don't pay too much, even though you probably will, because demand for conversion vans is high. Lots of people living out of vans right now.
Make sure you get the 5.3L or 6.0L. Not the 4.8. Avoid flex-fuel (if that's possible)
And avoid white paint at all cost. Watch out for rust, and have it inspected by a mechanic.
Take it for an intense test drive and pay close attention to how it runs and shifts. Listen for noise.
