update: ac systen drained and refilled Compressor sponning clutch engaging every 10 so sec low end near window i can feel it cold on pipes When i have blower on low settings i can feel a slight cold air coming in if i turn fan on high it blows out really hot air! Any ideas Also i do not see any condensation under neath when i switch floor defrost etc i can hear the change of areas Could this be caused by a passenger side blend door i do not feel any air coming from rear vents i was going to change pass blend door Suggestions?

It could but more often some type of restriction in the system like a bad expansion valve or clogged up condenser
