I just change pads and rotors and there is squeaking noise when I accelerate I can’t seem to find it. It is not the heat shield. I am so lost 😞

Look for debris/gravel stuck behind the heat shield.
Might need to wiggle it and spray water to chase it out.

I've had the happen recently.
Another time the shield was bent just enough to make contact. Made a horrible screech.

Well if it only happened after your brake job hours are you bent the dust shield and it's squeaking against the rotors spend it back
