2011 Honda Fit how to access spark plugs

I bought my 2011 Honda Fit brand new because I was sick and tired I'm spending 40 bucks on gas and only getting less than a half a tank in my Chrysler LHS...this is the first Honda I've ever owned in my life and it's saved me a ton of money... I think it's engineered really well however... I'm 65 years old and I was planning on changing the spark plugs (hooray there's only four)... until I took a look ....they look like they're near impossible to reach and I'm a cheapskate at heart.... the car has about 90,000 miles on it ....and I want to keep it until the wheels fall off ...any tips on getting to the spark plugs without taking it somewhere ...I I want to save as much money as I can but there's not much room in there ...it doesn't look too complicated if I can get to the damn spark plugs pardon my French

The rear hatch handle is froze up and Amazon has one for twenty bucks I'd like to tackle that too I think I can do both of these things

Any help would be appreciated thanks

Bob

It's called a Honda Fit because it will give you a fit trying to work on it.

Yeah, getting to the plugs is the problem. Things are very tightly packed under a Fir hood - you have to take off the windshield wipers!

Start by watching some of these videos, they will give you an idea of what you're getting into and what tools you'll need.

Similar to what I had to do to replace the rear plugs in my Avalon. Really not very hard, just time consuming.
