So i was driving around 75mph on the freeway then out of nowhere my car just deccelerate even when im stepping on the gas its not reacting. Then i pulled over turn the car off and turn it on and i floor the gas and it run like nothing happened. And after driving for 20mins it happened again. Any areas i could check for the causes of this? Thanks

How old is the fuel filter?
I think it hasn’t been changed, im the second owner. I did all engine fluid flush except trans fluid and fuelp pump or filter.
If that's the original fuel filter it's surprising the car is running at all. Fuel pump may be weak as well. Checking fuel pressure will tell the tale, but filter needs to be replaced regardless.
Other than that, recording live data while the engine cuts out may shed some light on it. Checking for codes is just the starting point of analyzing the problem.
