I have no engine light, but it has started hard hit when I go from any gear to drive. No slips skips or stutter any time else no engine codes or nothing. No one can seem to find out why. Any ideas? I know 12 years old but has to have a why now no code yeah?

Contaminated valve body - take out the transmission dipstick and tell me how the fluid looks.
The Hyundai-Kia A6 transmission is solid but it absolutely requires frequent and timely fluid changes (at most 40k miles)
It could also be very bad engine / torque mounts, inspect on a lift.
No one can seem to find out why
Surprising as that is basic knowledge. When a person complains of a poorly shifting transmission, if it has a dipstick you look at it, next you sit inside and shift though gears at a standstill (especially R to D) and only later test drive to confirm complaint.

These issues do not cause codes, on any car I can think of.

Inspect fluid, smell and look for dust/chucks in it.
@dan the issue has been fixed I used a scanner to fix the issue. I had to go through each gear for 30 seconds and stop and then it said configure after that everything has straightened out it just smooth as butter now thanks for all the replies

What kind of scanner did you use? Most inexpensive ones won't read transmission codes. When is the last time the transmission was serviced?
You're going to need to take it to a transmission specialist for diagnosis.
