I have a 2011 lexus is350.......when im in park with the car running it tends to fluctuate between 600 to 800 rpms.....so besides a tune up ( plugs wire and so on) what else could i check. And the car has 125,000 miles on it

Check/clean the throttle body and MAF sensor while you're at it.

check for codes. how old is your fuel pump?
Fuel pump and filter are as far as I know original plus I did a carfax and didn't see it replaced on it

do check for vacuum lakes but also do my video make your car run better with little spray cleaner as built up carbon can often make them do that and it's very easy to clean them yourself
