Hi
I have a Mitsubishi Lancer 2011 gt it is an automatic transmission
it has 248000 km on it when I change the gear from parking into drive the rpm drops down and then goes back up

Lots of reasons can cause that, from TPS, ignition timing,...
You need a professional mechanic who works on transmission too and diagnose the issue.
