2011 Nissan Quest SL 107,000 miles for $7800?

Hello!

Thank you for taking the time out to answer my question.

Looking to buy a 2011 Nissan Quest SL $7800 . It has 107000 miles on it. Van appears to be in extremely good condition. Looks new!

What are your thoughts on this van and the transmission?

I personally wouldn't go for a 10 year old Nissan, particularly at that price point. If you could find a used Sienna it would serve you better.

If you are dead set on it, have a mechanic check it out before purchase. But I would say pass.

I would pass on it, especially it being a first year model of that generation and with the Jatco CVT. If you intend to keep for a long time and put hundreds of thousands of miles on it I would not even look at the Quest esp. at these higher mileages; if your budget allows I would aim for a Toyota Sienna. It might cost more but you’ll have less chance of issues as the mileages rack up.
