Hey Scotty, I have a 2011 Toyota Prius, the panic/alarm function is working properly (lights and horn), but the horn doesn't work when I press it on the steering wheel. I read that horn issues were common with these 3rd Gen Priuses as they aged but I couldn't find a clear answer as to what might be causing it. I checked the fuses and relay and they were all good. Since the fuses/relays are fine and the actual horn itself works, my guess is it might be the clock spring (even though every other button on the steering wheel still works). What are your thoughts on what might be causing the issue? Thanks
99% under the time it's the clock spring. But if you want to make sure or find the horn send power and ground to it and if it doesn't beep it's the horn itself.
