1. Does the 2011 Subaru Outback Cam Sensor have to be reprogramed (relearn) on replacement?
2. If so will the THINKCAR BD6 have this function? Does not say on THINKCAR website.
3. If not what suggestions do you for a scan tool.

Yes, you need to reprogram the computer. Now. The cheapest one I've ever seen that can do that is my $500 autel scan tool. I don't know if yours will do it. You would just go to either special functions or bi-directional controls and see if it has the ability to reset it.
