2011 Toyota Landcruiser prado 3 ltr diesel. Mileage 295km. Auto- Can u jumpstart a car with push button starter?
Hi Scotty, My son has a 2011 Toyota Landcruiser Prado 3 ltr diesel. It has a push button starter. The key is essentially just a remote with built in chip. He says the car can’t be jump started. It this true? How do u jump start a car with a push start.

From this vehicle’s owner’s manual -
Just like with a conventional key, turning it won’t crank the engine (with a flat battery) -
