2011 toyota sienna AC issues

where is the AC resistor

blows cold on passenger side but warm air on driver side is this possibly blend door accuator? or is the issue combined resistor/accuator?

If the resistor you're referring to is for the HVAC fan speed control it would not have the effect you're experiencing.

You might just be low on refrigerant. When that happens only one side of the evaporator might get cold, resulting in uneven cooling. If your vehicle has dual-zone climate control then blend doors would also be a potential suspect.
