Hey Scotty my buddy has a 2011 Toyota Tacoma with 2.7 motor. Regular cab 4x4 with 4speed automatic.
His truck has had a miss for while . He has replaced all 4 of the spark plugs and coil packs. Recently put all 4 new fuel injectors in it. It’s still missing . The Toyota dealer told him it might be the ECM causing it. I was wondering if there is anything else he should check before spending 500$ on a new ECM

Anything that interferes with normal combustion can cause a miss from vacuum leaks to internal engine problems. Any codes present? Are fuel trims OK?

Get the fuel pressure tested.
