Hey Scotty, I own a 2011 Toyota Tacoma Trd 6 cylinder. I have just over 100k miles on it. I can’t seem to get the right answer about when I should change my transmission fluid or if I should even have it changed at all. Thanks Jeff and welcome to New England

You change the transmission fluid on your car every 30-40k miles. If the vehicle is at 200k+ mileage and it's never been touched then you leave it alone. You could change the fluid now before it's too late. Just drain and refill but no flush.
