Scotty, I have a 2011 Toyota Venza V6. I bought it brand new and it now has 92,000 miles on it. It has been an awesome vehicle with zero trouble. My goal is to drive it until it fails. I have never had the coolant changed nor the transmission fluid changed and plan on doing that soon. The vehicle has an oil cooler. Do I need to do anything special When I flush the coolant? What else should I look for on this vehicle? Also plan to clean the mass airflow sensor and the throttlebody. I enjoy your videos very much. Mike.
Make sure that when flushing the cooling system that you have your heater temperature set on High to evacuate the old coolant from the heater core. Same with the new coolant and burping the air out of the system. Have the heater on High. When I do this, I remove the thermostat so as to get a full flush.
