I am looking to buy a Lexus LS460 between the years 2012-2014 mileage around 80,000. Are they known for any specific problems. What’s the history of these.

It all depends on the condition that it's in and the price. If a mechanic (with a fancy scan tool) says that everything on that car is ok, then it can last some time with proper maintenance.
The second thing you need to consider is price. If you're talking buying one with 80k miles, don't pay too much. Because if you keep it long term- expensive bills will come in. My coworker has one at 250k and he hasn't had any major issues yet. He did take care of it.
